| Big Sai Wan in Wyong breakthrough |
Flying Spur colt Big Sai Wan became the stable’s latest horse to break maiden ranks with a determined win at Wyong.
Big Sai Wan stepped out for his fourth career start in the Bill Denniss 300 First Grade Games Maiden Handicap (1350m) and duly saluted as favourite.
The three-year-old had turned in two promising midweek runs in town leading into his Wyong victory.
Big Sai Wan is bred to win more races. His dam Dance Baby Dance is a stakes-winning half-sister to Group Three performer Winning Counter.
Dance Baby Dance has now produced three winners from four foals that have made it to the races.
